Be Grateful when You are feeling Good and be Grateful when You are feeling Bad.

The Happiest person on the Earth isn’t always Happy. In fact, the Happiest people all have their fair share of low moods, problems, challenges, disappointment and headache. Often the difference between a happy person and someone who is unhappy isn’t how often low or high they drop, but instead it what they do with their low moods. How do they relate to their changing feeling? Most people have it backward. When they are feeling down, they roll up their sleeves and get to work. They take their low moods very seriously and try to figure out and analyze what’s wrong. They try to force themselves out of their low state, which tend to Compound the Problem rather than solve it.

When you observe Peaceful,Relaxed people, you will find that people with extraordinary lifestyles are always in good mood and show off Gracefulness. They understand that both Positive and Negative feelings come and go, and they are very aware of the good and bad, knowing that there will come a time when they won’t be feeling so good. Happy People, always remember, it okay the way of things are. They accept the inevitability of passing feelings. So when you are feeling depressed, angry or stress out, they relate to these feelings with same Openness and Wisdom. Rather than fight their feelings and panic simply because they are feeling bad, they accept their feelings knowing that this too shall pass. Rather than stumbling and fighting against their negative feelings. They are grateful in their acceptance of it. This allows them to come gently and graceful out of negative feelings states into more positive states of mind.

One of the happiest people I know do experience Low and High from time to time. The difference is ,People with Positive thought Process become comfortable with this low moods. It almost as though they don’t feel really bothered because they know that in due time they will be Happy Again. To them, it’s no big deal. So the next time you’re feeling bad. Rather than fight it Relax, instead of panicking you can be Gracefully and Calm. Knowing that if we fight our negative feelings with Gracefully, The Negativeness will pass away just as surely as the Sun set in the Evening for the night to come.
