Make Services an Integral Part of Your Life

To be become a kinder, more loving individual requires action. Yet ironically, there is nothing specific you have to do; no prescription to follow, rather, most genuine acts of  kindness and generosity seem natural. They seem from a type of thinking where services and giving have integrated into the person’s  thought process.

  • Several teachers and philosophers that I have learnt from have suggested that I begin my day by asking myself this question, ‘How can I be of service?’ I have found this to be useful in reminding me of the multitude of ways that I can be helpful to others without hurting myself. when I take the time to ask this question, I find answers popping up all day long.

If one of our goals is to be of help to others, we will find the most appropriate ways to do things for others. Our chance to be of service is endless. Sometimes the best way that we could be of service is to maybe offer our home to a friend, even some ‘thoroughly screened’ strangers in need. Other time, it’s to give our seat to the elderly person on the train, help a youngster across the monkey bar, speak to a group of people , write a check to charity, or pick up litters on the road, the key, I believe, is to remember that being of service isn’t a one time efforts. it’s not doing something nice for someone and then wondering they aren’t being nice too, or doing this for us. Instead, a life of service is a lifelong process, a way of thinking about life. Ask yourself, does the trash need to be taking out? if so, go ahead and take it out even if it’s not your turn. Is someone you know being difficult? Maybe they need a hug or someone to listen to them. Are you  aware of any charity organization that needs more help, could you possibly give a little extra this month?

I learnt that the best way to be of service is often very simple, it’s those little, quite, often unnoticed act of kindness that we choose on a daily basis, like being supportive of a new endeavor by our spouse or simply taking the time and energy to listen.

I know that I have a long way to go towards my goal of becoming a more selfless person. However, I also know that as I have attempted to integrate services into my life , I have felt better, and better about the way I choose to live.

There is an ancient saying that goes thus,” Giving has  its own reward.” it’s really true, when you give, you also receive. In fact, what you receive might be totally different compared to what you give.   As you give more freely of yourself in your own ways, you will experience more feelings of peace than you ever thought possible. And at the end, everyone wins.

The Healing Power of Love

“The emotion that can break your heart is sometimes the very one that heals it.”

Nicholas Sparks

Nothing else  brings hearts and souls together like LOVE. Love is truly the greatest healing force in the world. We need LOVE to survive, for without it, we won‘t be  able to live comfortably in this world.

LOVE is one thing that when we give, we get back in  folds. Ask any person what brings them the sense of calmness to the spirit, and undoubtedly you will hear the word LOVE. It is a universal language that we all can count on.

There are many shades or colors in the rainbow of  LOVE;  Faith, humor, optimism, humility courage, patience and gratitude.

The healing power of LOVE can also occur in moments.

imageSuch as a putting a call through a friend, or some other random act of kindness; a hug or handshake. All of these sum it up, because the healing power of LOVE begins with an open heart.

Try it today. Engage in a random act of kindness, then see what happens .. see how you feel inside. And show up in the comments section to share your testimony.

The Duality of The Human Mind

Related image

We have only one brain, but our brain possesses two distinctive characteristics. The line of demarcation between the two is well known to all thinking men and women today. The function of the brain is essential. Each is endowed with separate and unique attributes and powers. The general term used to distinguish the two functions of our brain is called the objective and subjective. Kindly note all of these!

The conscious and subconscious:

An excellent way to get acquainted with the function of our mind is to look upon our own brain as a garden.  We are all  Gardners and we are sowing seeds ( thoughts) in our subconscious mind all day long, based on our habitual thinking; we bury seeds in our subconscious mind.

Subconscious does not argue with you, it accepts and follows what the conscious mind decrees; so shall we reap in our body and environment.

Begin now to sow thoughts of peace, happiness, right action, goodwill and prosperity. Think quietly and with interest in these qualities, and accept them fully in your conscious, reasoning mind.  We have to continue to plant this wonderful seeds (thoughts) in the garden of our mind, and we will surely reap a glorious harvest.   Our subconscious may be likened to the soil, which will grow all kind of seeds, good or bad.  In every thought, there is a cause, and every condition surely has an effect. For this reason, it is essential that we take charge of our thoughts so as to bring forth the only desirable way to reach our destination.

When our mind thinks correctly, when we understand the truth, when the thoughts deposited in our subconscious mind are constructive,  harmonious and peaceful, the magic working power of our subconscious will respond and bring about the harmonious condition, agreeable surroundings and the best of everything. When we begin to control our ‘Thinking Process’, we can apply the power of our subconscious to solve any problem or difficulties we are being faced with (right now). Let us all try to choose a healthy, happy and abundant life.

God’s fingerprints on all of His creations.

“I find it incredibly amazing how at every sunset, the sky is a different shade. No cloud is ever in the same place. Each day is a new masterpiece. A new wonder. A new memory.”
Sanober Khan

When our life is filled with the desire to see the holiness in everyday things, something magical begins to happen.  A feeling of  peace emerges. We begin to see nurturing aspects of our day that everything has God’s fingerprints on it, that alone makes it special. If we remember this spiritual fact while we are dealing with a difficult person or struggling to pay our bills, it broadens our perspective. It helps us to remember that God also created YOU ( a person) with a purpose for  YOU to deal with challenges and despite your struggle to pay your bills, this types of challenges should always broaden our views and at that moment, we should reflect and realize how truly we are  blessed to have all that  ability to overcome and generate our daily needs.

It’s easy to see God’s beauty in a beautiful sunrise, a snow-capped mountain,  the smiling of a healthy child, or in the ocean waves crashing on sandy beach.  But can we learn to find the holiness in seemingly ugly circumstances- difficult life lessons, a family tragedy, or a struggle for life.  If only we have a strong faith and trust His divine plans ahead of us in the future.

Remember WE are living in a fathomless sea of infinite riches. Your subconsciousness is very sensitive to your thoughts. Our thoughts form the mold or matrix through which the infinite intelligence, which is a GOD’s gifts to all people, come with wisdom, vital forces,  and energies of how our subconscious flow works.  The practical application of laws of our mind’s  illustration in each of  life experiences, It is a GOD’s gift to every human being that can allow anyone of us to  turn poverty into abundance; superstition, and ignorance into wisdom; pain for peace; sadness for joy; darkness for light, discord for harmony; fear for confidence and faith;  failure for success. Certainly, we can all agree that our blessings have to do with how each person uses their mental, emotional, and material standpoint, then we can come to realize and understand that we all have GOD’s fingerprints in our human capabilities. All it takes is believe, commitment, and right action.

PRACTICE HUMILITY!

Humility and inner peace go hand in hand.  The less compelled you are to try to prove yourself to others, the easier it is to feel peaceful on the inside.

“There’s nothing more POWERFUL than  a humble person with a warrior spirit, driven by a bigger purpose.” – unknow Author

Wanting to always prove yourself is a dangerous trap of pride and ego. It takes an enormous amount of energy to be continually pointing out your accomplishments, bragging; these actually dilute the positive feeling you receive from a feat or something you are proud of. To make matters worse, the more you try to prove yourself, the more others will avoid you,  talk behind your back about your insecure need to brag, and perhaps even resent you.

Ironically, however, the less you care about seeking approval, the more approval you seem to get.  People are drawn to those with a quiet, inner confidence; people who don’t need to make themselves look good, or be right all the time, or steal the glory. Many people virtually love a person who doesn’t need to brag about his or her laurels, but a person who shares his or her heart and not his or her ego.

The way to develop genuine humility is to practice. It’s nice because you will get immediate inner feedback in the way of calm, easy feelings.

The next time you have an opportunity to be humble, endeavor to do it earnestly, and don’t brag about it. Instead, remember the following statement:

“A person can achieve anything by being simple and humble. ” – unknown.

Balance is the Key to Life by relaxing through the Sense of Sight.

IMG_1515727443175.jpg

By our nature, we rely most heavily on the sense of Sight. Some researchers estimates suggest that we take in 70 percent of our sensory information through the eyes, leaving the remaining 30 percent to the other four senses. If we only had the Sense of Vision to enjoy the world, we would never cease to be amazed at all the beauty we could find. Colours, patterns, shapes all lend themselves to the banquet of visual sensation of the feast for the eyes. Familiar images bring comfort. The new images bring exhilaration from the rapture the eyes provide.

Sometimes, we can become overwhelmed by all we take in through our eyes especially with the advent of computer screens. Too much of anything can lead to sensory overload. Balance is the essential key to our existence. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, so they say, but calmness is in the heart, and from there, it begins to permeate every cell in the body. When beauty is combined with stillness, it is unbearable for inner peace. Perhaps, this is why ocean resorts and mountain canines are two most of the most popular destinations for vacation.

IMG_1515697242314.jpg

Mental imagery and guided visualization have long been known to create a sense of calmness and inner peace. They are also known for restoring a sense of wholeness which augments the healing process whether it be due to illnesses, grief from a significant loss or simply the stress of a hectic day. We have learned to give our eyes sight break and let it rest. But we need to explore more with our eyes with the love of nature.

Develop Your Own Compassion.

7e225d3246e934b-a-nw-p.jpg

Nothing helps us build our perceptiveness more than developing Compassion for others.

Compassion is a sympathetic feeling. It is the willingness to put ourselves in Someone else’s shoes. It is also the ability to shift our focus off ourselves and to imagine what it feels like to be in someone else’s predicament, and simultaneously to feel like the other person.  We need to start using our human abilities to understand and recognize other people’s problem; their pain and frustration are every bit as real as our own, sometimes even far worse. In recognition of this fact and trying to offer some assistance, it opens our heart and enhances our sense of GRATITUDE.

Compassion is something you can develop with practice.  It involves two things: Intentions and Actions.

Intention simply means you remember to open your heart to do the right things which benefit you and others; Intention allows you to expand the what and who matters from yourself to other people. While Action on the other hand simply means “what you can do about it.”  You might donate a little money or time on a regular basis to a cause near your heart, or perhaps you could offer a beautiful smile and genuine compliment to the people you meet on the street, subway or on a bus.  It’s not so important what you do, just take the time and do something for others.

” WE CAN DO GREAT THINGS ON THIS EARTH, AS MUCH AS WE CAN  DO SMALL THINGS WITH GREAT LOVE”

Compassion develops our sense of Gratitude by taking our attention off the little things that most of us have learned to take too seriously.  When we take time often to reflect on the MIRACLE OF LIFE— It is a  Miracle that we are even able to read anything from the internet site, books, microscopes and so many other things our eyes perform for us; it’s a gift of  sight from God to all Human beings. The gift of sight is a gift of love, likewise all the rest of our body.  All of these help us to be grateful  and complain less  about the things that we think of as the ” big stuff”. Because when we let out our anger, fear, frustration, disappointment, and so forth, we’d then come to realize that they are really just  “small stuff” which could definitely prevent us from being compassionate towards others of we don’t tend to shift off them.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS TO GET OUT OF RELATIONSHIP

Relationship Advice

what you need to know about Relationship and it Principles.

$2.00

33c27f6d5867257-a-nw-p-1.jpg

In the words of Audrey Hepburn, “The best thing to hold onto in life is each other.”

As we are all aware that the truest definition of a relationship actually depends on who you ask, and not based on your own perception alone. And that’s the major reason I’ve compiled a list of some important things to get out of any relationship you may find yourself in, be it intimate or otherwise.

💥 LOVE: one should look out for everlasting love; no subtraction, but additional love with joy and happiness. This means caring for one another with acceptance and sacrifices for better or for worse until death do you apart.

💥 COMMUNICATION: Being able to communicate (effectively) with each other without fear of being judged, accused or misquoted.

💥 FUN: having fun and being able to laugh together without hurting any of the parties involved, with understanding and interests.

💥CARING: Genuine care for each other. Passion for life; not just today when things are rosy, but for the unknown tomorrow as well.

💥 FRIENDSHIP: It is usually interesting to have a close and a caring friend to talk to, to embrace, to rely or count on with confidence. 12f6f8489c824d4-a-nw-p.jpg💥 EMPATHY: Having a person who understands you better with feelings and emotional connections is obviously a pain reliever on its own.

💥 TRUST: Having someone to empty your mind to without hurting you in return is actually underrated. We all need that particular person we can trust, talk to, believe in; to reason with, either by soul, heart, wealth or lifetime secret.

💥 FREEDOM: Giving each other room with privacy and with an open mind, freedom to think freely and with freedom of expression is required.

💥 ROMANCE: This is obviously meant to be performed with that particular person you share an intimate relationship with. Here’s the person  you can have fun and romance with for the best memories of life. So, spend your ROMANCE LIFE with Mr.Right in order to avoid stories that touch.

FEW THINGS THAT MONEY CAN NOT BUY IN A RELATIONSHIP.

  1. Air
  2. Morality; Values and Trust
  3. Loyalty
  4. Respect
  5. Justice
  6. Fairness
  7. Wisdom
  8. Dignity
  9. True Love
  10. Common Sense
  11. Intelligence
  12. Wisdom

As we go back to our daily activities, let’s not also forget that Love cures people — both the ones who gave it and the ones who receive it.

Youthfuness vs Old Age.

505215372c5ed52-a-nw-p.jpg

Youthful period is not an entire time of life, but rather  a state of mind. Today I see youths whose perspectives are about muscle building, ripening hot chicks off for their desire, wearing the latest clothes of brand names, chasing the new gadgets as a means of upgrading life, wearing red lipstick with heavy make-ups, demanding a higher paycheck with less work and intelligence and so forth. And as I sit down and reflect, these questions rushed to my mind; why are the youth today not taking time to think clearly? Because thinking is the source of will-power; why are the youth not taking time to read? Because reading is the foundation of wisdom; why are they not reflecting on the quality of imagination? For I call this period, The freshness of the deep spring of life. Youth age is one of the stages of life that comes with a temperament, predominates of courage over intimidation, a redemption of a higher value of love over hate and racism,  a journey of adventures to discover designs, dreams and make use of your divine gift for a lifetime. Now, I call that a dream of reality! FB_IMG_1512096355111.jpg

As days and nights pass by, days to weeks, weeks to months and months to years, people grow old only by deserting their ideas, years may wrinkle the skin, but never give up an interest of living and contributing to the human growth of development. Could the old age be a dream of reality, or of a dream of sleep? The old age is a period of deep thoughts of the past achievements (fulfilments and failures) a stage of realization of the price of success and understanding of true love in deeper senses, and experiences of hope over fear. It is a stage of supporting, preparing and guiding the next future generation; sense of fulfilment and contribution of the world and mostly a reflection of an entire life. Whatever your years of living, beneath every beating hearts, there is a question mark of the love of wonder of the main purpose of life and death as we all shall go through various phases.FB_IMG_1525968252180.jpg

We should never stop dreaming of the true meaning of reality and neither should we stop demanding of getting enough sleep for as long as the soul is interconnected within the body, so we say you are as young as your Faith, as old as your doubts, as young as your confident, but as old as your fear. The willingness to keep up with reality comes from the sincerity of the heart, the gratitude of the past and the present, the love of humanity, the ambition of improving and developing the sense of acceptance of life as it was lived is very important over the lifespan.

THE LOVE LETTER.

The ‘Sweet’ Love Letter from  a Prince…

I don’t know how many sweet words I have conjured into your mind, but tell me, do you remember them all?

Regardless of what you do everyday, do all the words remain intact within your mind?

Do they please you when you are unpleased?

And do they intrigue you when you are unreleased?

I don’t know how many words I have conspired within a given line, but tell me, have you learned them all?

Regardless of what is written, do all the words rhyme within the given line?

Do they inform you when you are uninformed, and do they excite you when you are forlorned?

I don’t know how many words I have said that I can say is mine, but tell me, have you heard them all?

image (1)

Needless of all that have been said, do all the words I bestow upon you signal some sort of sign?

Do they merry you when you are sad?

And do they lecture you when you feel bad?

I don’t know about others but I think we are just fine, but tell me, have you told them all?

Heedless of what we do, do you know that I am happy just because you are my Val?

Does it delight you that I belong to only you?

And does it move you that my love for you is forever true?

My mind drifts toward those thoughts of you a thousand times a day.

You’re always there within my heart; you always know the way,

A constant craving deep inside of me.

I need you…oh…so much

To look into those brooding eyes

To feel your gentle touch.

It’s the mere sound of your voice that makes my spirit soar.

It reaches far into my soul, down to the very core.

You haunt my dreams through every night

A vision so intense,

An apparition so sublime, no possible defense.

You are the love of my whole life; such joy I can’t recall.

You are, and always will remain my everything…..My All.

Kindly like, comment and share to the bone of your bones —your better half.
