Become More Patient

The Quality of patience  goes way toward our goal of creating a more Peaceful and Loving ourselves. The more Patient we are, the more accepting we will be of what is, rather than insisting that life should be exactly as we would want it to be. Without, patience, Life is extremely Frustrating. We are easily annoyed, bothered and irritated. Patience adds a dimension of ease and Acceptance to one’s life. Patience is essential for one’s inner peace.

Becoming more Patience involves opening one’s Heart to the present moment, even if you don’t like it. If you  are stuck in a traffic jam, late for an appointment, opening to the moment would mean catching yourself building a mental snowball before your thinking got out of hand and gently reminding yourself to relax. It might also be a good time to breath as well as an opportunity to remind yourself that, in the bigger scheme of things being late is ” small stuff“.

Patience also involve seeing the innocence in others.

Anytime we feel irritated, we should hold ourselves back, try to eliminate any negative thoughts that may come rushing, and reminded once again of how fortunate we are to be Alive . I have found that, if you look deeply enough , you can also see Innocence in other people as well as in Potential Frustration Situation . when you do you will become a more more Patience and Peaceful Person, and in some strange way, you begin to enjoy many of the moments that used to Frustrate you.


Choose Your battle Wisely.

Choose your battle wisely is a popular phrase in parenting but is equally important in living a content life. It suggests that that life is filled with opportunities to choose between making a big deal out of something or simply letting it go, realized it doesn’t really matter. If you choose your battle wisely, you will be far more effective in winning those that are truly important to you.

Certainly, there will be times, when you will want or need to argue, scream so loud, or even fight for something you believe in. Many people however, argue, confront, fight over practically anything, turning their lives into a series of battle over relatively ” Small Stuff.” There is so much frustration in living these types of life and it becomes a habit for you to fight and argue over every small thing that you lose track of what is truly relevant.

The tiniest disagreement or glitch in our plans can be made into a big deal if our goal ( conscious or unconscious)is to have everything work out our favorites. The truth in life is rarely exactly the way we want it to be and other people often don’t act as we would like them to. Moment to moment, there are always going to be people who disagree with us, people who do things differently, and things that don’t work out. If you fight against this principle of life, you will spend most of your life-fighting battle.

A more peaceful way to live life is to decide consciously which battle is worth fighting and which are better left alone. If your primary goal isn’t to have everything work out perfectly but instead to live a relatively stress-free life. You should find ways and means of what kind of battle to pull yourself away from and that can lead to the most tranquil feelings because you do not want to ” Sweat the Small Stuff energy out of you” it’s critical that you choose your battle wisely. If you do, there will come a day when you will rarely feel the need for the battle at all.

Is it really important that you that you prove to your spouse that you are right and she is wrong, or that you confront some one simple because it appear as though he or she has made a minor mistake? Does your preference of which restaurant or movie to go to matter enough to argue over it ? Does a small scratch on your car really warrant a suit in small claim court? Does the fact that your neighbor won’t park his car on different part of the street have to be discussed at your family dinner table?

These and thousands of other small things are what many people spend their live fighting about. Take a look at your own list. If you are used to be like that or do things like you might want to reevaluate your priorities. These are battles that if we face every day but if we are not careful and choose our battle wisely then we will lose our inner Strength and Peaceful so Please kindly choose your Battle Wisely in every decision you make every day.


Learn to Live in the Present Moment.

So many of us live our lives as if the secret purpose is to somehow get everything Done in the future and not the present, some people stay up late, some get up early, some people avoid having fun and keep loves ones waiting to care and love at the present moment, we should learn to live in the present moment to a large degree by understanding that our peace of mind is determined by how active and productive we make out of the Present Moment.

It is very sad to see, some people who put off their Loved ones so long that their loved ones lose interest in maintaining the Relationship. I used to do this myself, irrespective of what happen yesterday or last year, or what may not happen tomorrow, we convince ourselves that our obsession with our “to do list” is only temporary that once we get through that, we will be calm relaxed and happy, but in reality, this rarely happen.

Without a question, many of us have mastered the neurotic art of spending much of our lives worrying about a variety of all things. This happens when we allowed our past problem and future concerns to dominate our Present Moments, so much so that we end up anxious, Frustrated, Depressed and Hopeless. On the flip side, we also postpone our Gratification, our Priorities and our Happiness, often convincing ourselves that someday will be better than today. Unfortunately, the same mental dynamics that tell us to look toward the future will only repeat themselves, so that “someday never arrives. That someday is now and it can be done by Building Positive Habit in all Area of life.

Life is what happening while we re busy making other plan, while our children are growing, the people we love are moving away and dying, our bodies are getting out of shape, our dreams are slipping away, this are some few things that if we are not subconscious of we will be missing out in life.

Many people live as if life is a dress rehearsal for some later date. It isn’t. In fact, no one has guarantee that he or she will be here tomorrow. Now is the only time we have, and the only time we have any control over. Our Global health crisis of CoviD-19 make that life experience clear, especially for those that has been affected and lost their love ones through the pandemic crisis.

When our attention is in the Present Moment, we push fear from our minds. Fear is the concern over events that might happen in the future– we wont have enough money, our children will get into trouble, we will get old and die, whatever be the case of life current situation, we need to leave a balance life with preparation and the only way we can do that when we feed our Faith with Hope and starve our Fear by Taking Action to get things done in the present momentum.


Why FEAR????

One of the major reason so many of us remain hurried, frightened,and competitive, and continue to live life as if it were one giant Emergency, is because of our Fear, which we refused to control, so our Fear control us. Leaving in Fear will not allow us to become more peaceful and loving toward yourself or others. Fear is an Emotional feeling of it own and it can stop us from achieving our goal. We would become Lazy and Apathetic.

Fearful, frantic thinking take an enormous amount of Energy and drains the Creativity and Motivation from our lives. When we are Fearful or Frantic, We literally Immobilize Ourselves from our Greatest Potential, not to mention enjoyment. Any success that we do have is despite our Fear, not because of it.

A powerful technique for becoming more peaceful is to be aware of how quickly your Negative and Insecure thinking can spiral out of control. Have you ever noticed how uptight you feel when your are caught up in your thinking? You will feel absorbed in the detail of whatever is upsetting you, which is one of the worse you feel. One thought lead to another, until at some point, you become incredibly Agitated.

For example, you might wake up in the middle of night and remember a phone call that need to be made the following day. Then, rather than feeling relieved that you remembered such an important call. you start thinking about everything else you have to do Tomorrow. You start rehearsing a probable conversation with someone in your head while the person is not there, that is a waste of your time, energy and creativity. why because at that moment, the person is not there, but you are, so you can use that time to focus on yourself by Reflecting, Meditating, Reading or Visualizing about what you want in life and not what others want from you.

In order to get what you want, you need to build your self image and go out to service others, so don’t be Agitated when serving others, it could be a family members or strange that is how you attract your own success and be a blessing for other people with your love and kindness.

This Quarantine time, put each one of us in a spot of Fear, but we have to decided if we want our Fear to control our reality or we want to take control of our Fear and decide what direction we want to move toward the unknown Future. One of the thing, I learn from this current situation, is that if  you discipline your mind and your time wisely with the right strategy, you will not be disappointed about your future lifestyles outcome.


How to make Peace with Imperfection

The need for perfection and the Desire for inner Tranquility is always an internal conflict of every Human beings. For this reason, I have never met or meet an absolute Perfectionist whose life was filled 100% inner Peace. When we are used to having something in a certain way,we highly assumed that, it is and it should be just that way, so when we see or experience something differently, then suddenly we are almost by definition, engage on losing battle.

Rather than being grateful and content what we have, and we are focused on what is wrong, which implies that we are dissatisfied and discontent. Why? because when things does not happen the way we think and want then definitely, it is not perfect and good enough for us.

Whether it related to ourselves, a disorganized closet, a mess up living room full of kids toys, a scratched on car, am imperfect accomplishments of a project from work place, a few pounds we would like to lose, or someone else’s imperfections the of the way someone looks or behaves or lives their life the very act of focusing on imperfections pulls us away from our goal of being kind and gentle.

This Strategy has nothing to do with ceasing to do your best but with being overly attached and focused on what is wrong with life. It’s about realizing that while there’s always a better way to do something, this doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy and appreciate the way things already are.

The solution is here to catch yourself when you fall into your habit on insisting that things should be should perfect than they are. Gently Remind yourself that life is okay the way it is. Right now. In the absence of your Judgement, everything would be fine. Well in reality, the way to understand that in any moment in time , our reality is based on whatever we focus on at any moment in time, whatever we focus on , that is what become most really to us As you begin to eliminate our need for perfection in all areas of your life, we will begin to discover the perfection in life itself within affection our inner peace

Why is Life is a Test? It only a Test.

Life is a test. It is only a test. If it wasn’t the fact that we are created by high powerful God, then each an individual would have decided the types of life styles they want without any law and order of where to go and what to do. Every human on this planet is created with a purpose that is under the Master plan and Divinely wisdom.

(“Allaze khalaqa almawta waalhayata libyabluwakum ayyukum ahsanu AAmalan wahuwa Al Azeezu Al-Ghafooru” “He who created Death and life, that He may test which of you is best in Deed: and He is the Exalted in Might, Oft-Forgiving”).(.Quran 67:2)

When we look at life, we can all come to agree that, life does comes with many challenges, difficulties, Adversity and so forth. When we begin to face life challenge, we should see it as an opportunity to help us grow. Whether we are being bombarded with problem, responsibilities, even insurmountable hurdles, we should physical,mentally and spiritual accept life as a test, so that we can put our effort as a chance to succeed, in a sense of rising above that challenges. As time goes by, our ultimate focus is to chase success and happiness, and the only way we can do that is when we sit and reflect and accept life as a test from the Divine Decree

so we should always believe and trust God when rising to pass our life test as we get older

As an experiment see if we can apply this ideas to something we are forces to deal with. Perhaps WE have a difficult teenager or a demanding boss. See if We can refine the issue we face from being a problem” to being a test. Rather than struggling with our issue, see if this is something we can learn from it. Let us learn to reflect and ask ourselves. ” why is this an issue in my life? what would it mean? and what would be involved to rise above it? could I see it as a test of some kind to pass and overcome the fears of failure.

If we give this strategy a try, we may be surprised at our change response. For example, I used to struggle to a great deal over the issue of my perception of not having enough time. I blamed my schedule, my family, and circumstance, and anything else I could think of my plight. Then it dawned on me. As time goes by I realize, if I wanted to be happy, my goal and focus necessarily have to be organize,prepare, and do the best I could to get everything done that I felt I must.. In other words, my real challenge was to see my struggle as a test and I need the focus to past my test.

Seeing life struggling as a test ultimately help me to cope with one of my biggest personal frustration. I still struggle now and then about my perceives lack of time, but at lest I have improve and feel little organize and prepare with my daily habit . It has become far more acceptable to me to accept things as they are. The following is my little daily prayer to nurture my spirituality

Self-Awareness is the first component of Emotional intelligence which means knowing thyself enough to make the right decision at the right time not because you see it first but because you believe it before you see it. Self- Awareness means having a deep understanding of one’s Emotions, Strength, weakness, Needs, and Drives.. People with strong self Awareness are neither overly critical nor unrealistic hopeful, Rather, they are honest with themselves and with others. People who have a high degree of self -Awareness, do recognizes how their emotions effect their ups and downs moods.

Self- Awareness intelligence can be known from ones understanding of his/her values and goals. Someone who is highly self aware of who he /she is and where is headed to and why, so for example, a person with awareness intelligence, can or will be able to firm in turning down any job offer that is tempting financial but does not fit with his principle or long term goals. A person who lack self-awareness is apt to make decision that bring on inner turmoil by treading on buried values. Also a person with self awareness intelligence build their relationship with meaningfulness and purpose take their responsibility with sincerity and honesty regardless of the circumstance. The decision of Self-Awareness intelligence person match with with his/ her values; consequently, they often work to be energizing.

Such Self knowledge often show itself in all area of life such as financial, emotional, physical, social, Mental. Self Awareness Intelligence people will be frank in admitting their failure in the past and will often tell their tales with smile. One of the hallmarks of self- awareness is a self- deprecating sense of humor. People with low self esteem and awareness are lack of emotional intelligence and are not truthful to themselves and others around them and they like to fake and pretend always by playing different characters around people with behavior and dealings with family members And co-workers and strangers. Another person with high self Awareness will be able to work with a demanding Client. People with self Awareness know their actions affect others and other people can have and impact on their moods for this reasons they have a deep understanding of their anger and frustration. How to get sunlight brightness in Marriage.

As usual, reading and Writing is one of my favorite hobbies, but sometime when I get distracted I still manage to read something small with less focus. Being consistent and practicing something you like and enjoy become a habit, so I try my best to keep up with positive habit to improve my well-being. Anyway I came and across something interesting in one of my reading and I decided to sharing thru my blog.

In order for a marriage to be real, it must first be base on Spiritual basis, It must be of the heart, the heart is the the Chalice of LoveHonestySincerity, and Integrity are also forms of Love. Each partner should be perfectly Honest and Sincere with each other. It’s not a true marriage when a man marries a woman for her Money, Social Position, or to Uplift his Ego, because this indicates a lack of SincerityHonesty and True Love. Such a marriage is a Farce , Sham, and a Masquerade.

When a woman says ” I am tired of working: I want to get married because I want security. Her premise is false . She is not using the law of her mind correctly. Her security depends upon her knowledge of the interaction of the conscious and subconscious minds and its application.

I find all of these statement to be true and interesting because I am a living example for that statement ( A woman is not depend on her husband for Health, Peace, joyInspiration, Guidance, Love, Wealth, Happiness or anything in the world). A man can contribute to a woman wellbeing but not the primary source of this priceless value of human treasure. Simple by understanding myself, depending on my Creator to Guide me, protected me and uplift my spirit to do the right things at the right. I am always in Good Mood, with Positive Mind, Positive Thought, Positive Attitude and Positive Vibe. What is the secret, Always have Contentment with what you have, Show Gratitude and you will be Grateful with everyone around you, and Strive Hard to reach your Highest Potential.
