Self-Awareness is the first component of Emotional intelligence which means knowing thyself enough to make the right decision at the right time not because you see it first but because you believe it before you see it. Self- Awareness means having a deep understanding of one’s Emotions, Strength, weakness, Needs, and Drives.. People with strong self Awareness are neither overly critical nor unrealistic hopeful, Rather, they are honest with themselves and with others. People who have a high degree of self -Awareness, do recognizes how their emotions effect their ups and downs moods.

Self- Awareness intelligence can be known from ones understanding of his/her values and goals. Someone who is highly self aware of who he /she is and where is headed to and why, so for example, a person with awareness intelligence, can or will be able to firm in turning down any job offer that is tempting financial but does not fit with his principle or long term goals. A person who lack self-awareness is apt to make decision that bring on inner turmoil by treading on buried values. Also a person with self awareness intelligence build their relationship with meaningfulness and purpose take their responsibility with sincerity and honesty regardless of the circumstance. The decision of Self-Awareness intelligence person match with with his/ her values; consequently, they often work to be energizing.

Such Self knowledge often show itself in all area of life such as financial, emotional, physical, social, Mental. Self Awareness Intelligence people will be frank in admitting their failure in the past and will often tell their tales with smile. One of the hallmarks of self- awareness is a self- deprecating sense of humor. People with low self esteem and awareness are lack of emotional intelligence and are not truthful to themselves and others around them and they like to fake and pretend always by playing different characters around people with behavior and dealings with family members And co-workers and strangers. Another person with high self Awareness will be able to work with a demanding Client. People with self Awareness know their actions affect others and other people can have and impact on their moods for this reasons they have a deep understanding of their anger and frustration. As usual, reading and Writing is one of my favorite hobbies, but sometime when I get distracted I still manage to read something small with less focus. Being consistent and practicing something you like and enjoy become a habit, so I try my best to keep up with positive habit to improve my well-being. Anyway I came and across something interesting in one of my reading and I decided to sharing thru my blog.

In order for a marriage to be real, it must first be base on Spiritual basis, It must be of the heart, the heart is the the Chalice of LoveHonestySincerity, and Integrity are also forms of Love. Each partner should be perfectly Honest and Sincere with each other. It’s not a true marriage when a man marries a woman for her Money, Social Position, or to Uplift his Ego, because this indicates a lack of SincerityHonesty and True Love. Such a marriage is a Farce , Sham, and a Masquerade.

When a woman says ” I am tired of working: I want to get married because I want security. Her premise is false . She is not using the law of her mind correctly. Her security depends upon her knowledge of the interaction of the conscious and subconscious minds and its application.

I find all of these statement to be true and interesting because I am a living example for that statement ( A woman is not depend on her husband for Health, Peace, joyInspiration, Guidance, Love, Wealth, Happiness or anything in the world). A man can contribute to a woman wellbeing but not the primary source of this priceless value of human treasure. Simple by understanding myself, depending on my Creator to Guide me, protected me and uplift my spirit to do the right things at the right. I am always in Good Mood, with Positive Mind, Positive Thought, Positive Attitude and Positive Vibe. What is the secret, Always have Contentment with what you have, Show Gratitude and you will be Grateful with everyone around you, and Strive Hard to reach your Highest Potential.

How to believe and why Believe

As Human being, we should believe in something GREATER, Something big than ourselves, something powerful than our own imagination, Allah( God) the Creator of universe and the fashioner and Designer of Human Form, deserve all our credit of everything we see around us and within ourselves.

Why Believe, One of the most important habits we can develop is the habit of Faith. Regardless of our religious or spiritual beliefs. If we can observer and reflect, and come to the conclusion that most Great men and women are people of FAITH, to a higher degree, and that is how and why their dreams and goals come to be possible, even when mediocrity people think is impossible for the to accomplish and achieve the possibility. Examples are the prophet Mohamed( S.A. W), Gandhi, Mandela and many other leaders of the past and present achieve things with faith in the MOST HIGH AND MOST GREATER.


The habit of FAITH simple requires that we believe there is a HIGHER POWER, above us in the universe and that THE ALMIGHTY, want the very beat for us all as Human beings. The more faith we have the more confidences we will have in everything that is happening to us is part of a plan moving us inevitably toward something better, and that is why it take a strong faith with true believers to see the impossible becoming possible. Believe it or not the Unseen control the Seen.

I grew up believing I was a good Listener. Although I have become a better listener than I was ten years ago. I have to admit I’m still only adequate Listener. As I grow up I realized that effective Listening is more than simply avoiding my annoying cousin, another thing I discover about the effective Listen is the bad habit of interrupting others while they are speaking or finishing their sentences . The entire thought of listening to someone and waiting patiently to find the content of of someone talk is something I cant not afford to understand fully or be contented with. For example , one day, when I was in a cafe having lunch, eavesdropping on the conversations around me. It seemed to me that, most of us have problem of how to communicate and listen effectively. Our attention span is becoming less and our distraction is increasing with technology. Due to that we are are having hard time listening to one another;


Since then I began to reflect and read more books about effective communication of how to slow down responses and become a better Listener, believe or not it made me to become more peaceful person as time goes by . I also notices that it takes an enormous amount of energy and is very stressful to be sitting in front of someone who I have no interesting in listen to, but I still do it out of respect for a fellow Human being.

In some ways, the way we fail to listen is a symbolic of the way we live. we often treat communication as if it were a race. It’s almost like our goal is to have no time gaps between the conclusion of the sentence of of the person we are speaking with and the beginning of our own. So let us try to change our Listen Habit so that other people can feel comfortable opening to us about anything that can be beneficial. By practicing good Listening habit people will feel safe in slowing down their own response because they wont feel in competition with you for airtime.
